In this tutorial, you will learn how to convert a person's image into a horrifying image. Following is the end result.

These are the images you gonna need

1 OK, lets get started. Open a new document and paste the Girl's image. Now place the Rust picture over it and change the layer properties into a "Color Burn" mode.
You can try another mode if you want and find what's best for your manipulation, just get wild, there is always "Ctrl + Z" for free.

2 Now erase the part of the rust you don't want to use with a soft brush.

3 Place the cable picture of girl's image and set layer's blending options to "Color Burn" mode and again erase the parts you don't want to use.

4 Now place the wood texture image over the girl's image and change the layer's blending mode into "Overlay" mode and once again erase all the parts that you don't want to use.

5 Make a new layer and name it "eyes", so in the future you won't be confused with which layer you want to edit, since it's gonna be lots of layers ahead. Now with "Brush Tool", make the eyes of the girl black.

6 Alright, now we gonna do work on lips

Go to "Filter>Liquify (Shortcut: Shift+Ctrl+X)" and start to make the lips ugly

As you can see that the chin area looked wierd and being edited, don't pay attention to it, because we're going to add some texture, so it won't be a big deal.
