Creating Stylish Photo Design
In this tutorial, you will learn how you can make a beautiful photo just by merging some random images. Following image is the final result of tutorial.

Find lots and lots of very nice pictures with lots of colors. Now put them all together, cut them up, move them around and do whatever you want to make it all weird and colorful.
Now you want to put all of these pictures into one layer. So go to Image > Apply Image.

This part is optional, it's just about playing, we want to distort the picture, by going Filter > Distort > Wave. You can move around the settings to your suitable choice.

Now you need to find a black and white picture or color picture. Depending what you want. Put it above all the layers.

Here's the fun part! Now take out your eraser, and use probably the best is the special type of brushes you have downloaded of sites. [www.deviant.com][Search for Photoshop brushes].

Make sure you are erasing the top layer, your original photo. Don’t use big brushes, because then if you erase it, you can’t see your original photo anymore. So therefore try using small brushes and with patterns.

Now in order to make it look better, make a new layer then Image > Apply Image and then Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur. I used about 3 pixels. Now you should have your blurred image on top of your clear image.

Use your eraser tool again and just erase bits and parts to make places sharper. Now add a black border by making a new layer. Layer > New layer. And then Ctrl+A to select all. Select the rectangular marquee tool and right click. Stroke > whatever width of pixel you want and color.

Last step is to design whatever kind of text you like to fit the picture.
